Account & Core Terms

1. Definitions

‘WeNitro’, ‘Platform’, ‘Company’, ‘we’, ‘our’, and ‘us’ refer to the owners and operators of the WeNitro application and related services.
‘User’ means any person accessing, browsing, registering, hosting, joining, communicating through, or otherwise using the Platform.
‘Host’ means a User who creates, publishes, manages, or organizes an Activity.
‘Participant’ means a User who requests to join or participates in an Activity.
‘Activity’ includes any online or offline event, meetup, discussion, project, social gathering, networking session, fitness activity, charity initiative, travel plan, educational session, hobby group, business collaboration, or similar engagement posted on the Platform.
‘Nitro Points’ means reward points issued by the Platform and having no cash value unless explicitly stated.
‘Business Account’ means a commercial entity using the platform.

2. Eligibility

Users must satisfy the minimum age requirement prescribed by applicable law.
Users represent that all information submitted during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete.
Users shall not impersonate any person, organization, or entity.
The Platform may request additional verification information at any time.

3. Registration & Account Creation

Registration may occur through email, mobile number, Google sign-in, or other approved methods.
Users are responsible for safeguarding credentials and maintaining account security.
Users remain responsible for all actions conducted through their accounts.
Multiple fraudulent accounts are prohibited and will be removed if found.
WeNitro may suspend suspicious accounts.

4. Verification Services

The Platform may offer email verification, OTP verification, phone verification, identity verification, DigiLocker integration, profile badges, or other trust-enhancing features.
Verification is intended to improve trust and does not constitute a guarantee of conduct, safety, honesty, reliability, or suitability.
The Platform reserves the right to revoke verification status.

5. User Profile Obligations

Users shall maintain accurate profile information.
Profile photos, usernames, descriptions, and content must comply with Community Guidelines.
Users are solely responsible for profile information and representations.

6. Privacy & Data References

Users acknowledge that personal data may be processed for account management, safety, analytics, recommendations, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and service improvement.
Users consent to notifications, communications, and operational messages necessary to provide the service.

7. Nature of the Platform

WeNitro is solely a technology platform that enables discovery of activities and communication among users.
WeNitro is not an event organizer, travel operator, employer, staffing agency, dating service, security provider, insurer, guarantor, broker, or agent of any user.
The Platform does not independently verify the truthfulness of all user statements, activity descriptions, qualifications, or representations.

Mandatory User Acknowledgements During Sign-Up

I understand that WeNitro is a technology platform and does not guarantee outcomes, relationships, opportunities, or participant behavior.
I agree to provide accurate information and maintain account security.
I understand that verification does not guarantee safety or reliability of any user.
I consent to processing of information required for operation of the Platform.
I agree to comply with all Platform policies and applicable laws.

Volume 2

Activity Hosting & Safety

1. Activity Hosting Terms

Hosts are solely responsible for creating accurate, lawful, and complete activity descriptions.
Hosts must clearly disclose activity type, venue, timing, costs, requirements, and participant limitations.
Hosts must not create misleading, fraudulent, unsafe, discriminatory, or unlawful activities.
Hosts remain solely responsible for obtaining any permits, licenses, permissions, insurance, or approvals required for their activities.
Hosts acknowledge that WeNitro does not organize, supervise, endorse, inspect, monitor, or guarantee any activity.

2. Activity Participation Terms

Participation in any activity is voluntary and undertaken entirely at the participant's discretion.
Participants are responsible for evaluating the suitability, safety, legality, and appropriateness of any activity before joining.
Participants must comply with host instructions and applicable laws.
Participants are responsible for their own transportation, accommodation, expenses, equipment, health, and safety.

3. Online Activities

WeNitro may facilitate online events through chats, video links, or third-party platforms.
WeNitro is not responsible for interruptions, technical failures, conduct of participants, or content shared during online activities.

4. Offline Activities

Offline activities involve inherent risks associated with meeting individuals in person.
Users acknowledge that WeNitro cannot verify future conduct, intentions, or behavior of participants.
Users should independently exercise judgment before attending any meeting.

5. Safety Guidelines

Users should meet in public locations whenever reasonably possible.
Users should inform trusted contacts before attending activities.
Users should leave immediately if they feel unsafe, threatened, uncomfortable, or suspicious.
Users are encouraged to review profiles, ratings, and verification status before participation.

6. Emergency Contact Features

Users may optionally designate emergency contacts.
WeNitro may attempt to transmit activity information during emergency feature activation.
WeNitro does not guarantee successful delivery, network availability, location accuracy, or emergency response.

7. SOS Feature Disclaimer

The SOS feature is provided solely as a supplementary safety tool.
The SOS feature is not a substitute for police, medical, fire, or emergency services.
WeNitro assumes no liability arising from delays, failures, inaccuracies, or inability to activate emergency communications.

8. User Conduct During Activities

Users shall behave respectfully toward all participants.
Harassment, threats, stalking, intimidation, discrimination, violence, abuse, or coercive conduct are prohibited.
Users shall comply with all applicable laws and venue rules.

9. Prohibited Activities

Activities involving illegal drugs, weapons trafficking, prostitution, human trafficking, terrorism, organized crime, scams, financial fraud, gambling where prohibited, or unlawful conduct are strictly prohibited.
WeNitro reserves the right to remove any activity that may create legal, reputational, operational, or safety concerns.

10. Assumption of Risk

Users acknowledge that participation in activities may involve physical, emotional, social, financial, property, transportation, environmental, or personal risks.
Users voluntarily assume all risks associated with their participation.
Users accept responsibility for decisions made before, during, and after participation.

11. Medical & Health Disclaimer

WeNitro does not provide medical advice, fitness guidance, health screening, or professional recommendations.
Users should consult qualified professionals before participating in activities requiring physical exertion.

12. No Guarantee of Outcomes

WeNitro does not guarantee friendships, partnerships, employment opportunities, business success, networking outcomes, mentorship opportunities, romantic relationships, or any specific results arising from platform usage.

I understand that all activities involve inherent risks.
I understand that WeNitro does not guarantee the conduct of any user.
I voluntarily participate in activities at my own risk.
I understand that emergency features are supplementary tools only.
I agree to follow all safety guidelines and applicable laws.

Volume 3

Content, Ratings & Rewards

1. User Generated Content

Users retain ownership of content uploaded to the Platform including text, photographs, videos, comments, reviews, profile information, activity descriptions, and messages.
Users grant WeNitro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, reproduce, modify for technical purposes, promote, and use such content for operation and marketing of the Platform.
Users warrant that they own or have permission to use and upload all content submitted.

2. Vibe Feed Content

Users may upload photos and videos relating to completed activities.
WeNitro may feature activity content in feeds, recommendations, promotional campaigns, social media channels, and marketing materials.
Users must obtain all necessary permissions before uploading images or videos of other individuals.

3. Content Restrictions

Content must not contain illegal, defamatory, misleading, fraudulent, violent, hateful, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, infringing, or harmful material.
Users may not upload content violating privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademarks, or applicable laws.
WeNitro reserves the right to remove content at its sole discretion.

4. AI & Human Moderation

WeNitro may use automated systems, artificial intelligence, machine learning models, moderators, and third-party tools to detect prohibited content and behavior.
Content may be reviewed, restricted, removed, flagged, or reported where necessary for safety, legal compliance, or platform integrity.
WeNitro does not guarantee that all inappropriate content will be detected or removed.

5. Ratings & Reviews

Users may rate hosts, participants, activities, businesses, and experiences.
Ratings are based on personal opinions and experiences.
Users agree to provide fair, honest, and accurate reviews.
False, misleading, malicious, retaliatory, manipulated, or fraudulent reviews are prohibited.

6. Reputation & Credibility Scores

WeNitro may calculate trust scores, credibility scores, attendance metrics, engagement indicators, badges, rankings, and reputation indicators.
Such scores are informational tools only and do not constitute guarantees regarding user behavior or character.
WeNitro may modify scoring methodologies at any time.

7. Nitro Rewards Program

Nitro Points may be awarded for hosting activities, joining activities, completing ratings, referrals, promotions, campaigns, or other qualifying actions.
Nitro Points have no cash value unless explicitly stated by WeNitro.
WeNitro may modify, suspend, cancel, expire, adjust, reverse, or terminate Nitro Points at its discretion.

8. Reward Redemption

Rewards may be subject to eligibility requirements, availability, geographic restrictions, and partner conditions.
WeNitro does not guarantee availability of any reward, coupon, voucher, discount, product, or service.
Third-party partners remain responsible for fulfillment of partner offers.

9. Referral Programs

WeNitro may offer referral incentives and promotional campaigns.
Fraudulent referrals, fake accounts, or abusive practices may result in forfeiture of rewards and account action.

10. Business Accounts

Businesses may create profiles, publish activities, advertise products, offer discounts, host promotions, and engage with users.
Businesses are solely responsible for all products, services, claims, warranties, promotions, events, and customer interactions.
WeNitro does not endorse, inspect, certify, or guarantee business offerings.

11. Sponsored Activities

Sponsored activities may be promoted within the Platform.
Sponsored placement does not constitute endorsement, certification, recommendation, or guarantee by WeNitro.
Users remain responsible for evaluating activities independently.

12. Advertising

WeNitro may display advertisements, sponsored content, partner campaigns, affiliate links, promotions, and commercial offers.
Advertisers are solely responsible for advertising claims and compliance obligations.

13. Intellectual Property

All WeNitro trademarks, logos, software, source code, designs, interfaces, graphics, databases, content, processes, branding, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of WeNitro or its licensors.
Users may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, license, scrape, extract, or commercially exploit Platform assets without written permission.

14. Copyright Complaints

WeNitro may remove content alleged to infringe intellectual property rights.
Repeat infringers may face suspension or termination.
WeNitro may request evidence of ownership before taking action.

Mandatory Content & Rewards Acknowledgements

I understand that content uploaded to WeNitro may be moderated or removed.
I understand that ratings and reputation scores are informational only.
I understand that Nitro Points have no guaranteed cash value.
I acknowledge that business offers are provided by third parties.
I agree not to infringe intellectual property rights.

Volume 4

Liability & Legal Clauses

1. Limitation of Liability

WeNitro provides a technology platform only and shall not be liable for the conduct, actions, omissions, statements, representations, promises, negligence, fraud, misconduct, or illegal activities of any user, host, participant, business, sponsor, advertiser, or third party.
WeNitro shall not be liable for any injury, illness, death, assault, harassment, stalking, theft, property damage, emotional distress, financial loss, reputational harm, business loss, data loss, travel disruption, missed opportunity, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
Users acknowledge that all activities involve inherent uncertainty and risk and that WeNitro cannot control real-world interactions.

2. No Warranties

The Platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis.
WeNitro makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, availability, security, reliability, accuracy, suitability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation.
WeNitro does not guarantee friendships, partnerships, employment opportunities, business outcomes, networking success, mentorship opportunities, or any specific result.

3. Assumption of Risk

Users voluntarily assume all risks associated with online and offline activities discovered through the Platform.
Users accept responsibility for their own decisions before, during, and after participation in activities.
Users acknowledge that meeting unknown individuals involves risks that cannot be eliminated by WeNitro.

4. Release of Claims

Users release WeNitro, its founders, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, partners, and service providers from claims arising from participation in activities, interactions with users, business relationships, or platform usage.
This release applies to known and unknown claims to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Indemnification

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WeNitro and its representatives from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses arising from user actions, content, violations, misconduct, negligence, or unlawful activities.
Users remain solely responsible for legal consequences arising from their activities and interactions.

6. User-to-User Disputes

WeNitro is not responsible for disputes between users.
WeNitro may assist in reviewing reports but is not obligated to mediate, investigate, resolve, or compensate users.
Users are encouraged to resolve disputes directly where lawful and appropriate.

7. User-to-Business Disputes

WeNitro is not responsible for products, services, discounts, offers, bookings, reservations, cancellations, refunds, warranties, or representations made by business accounts.
Businesses remain solely responsible for customer obligations.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate third-party services, maps, messaging providers, analytics tools, payment systems, authentication providers, and external websites.
WeNitro is not responsible for third-party availability, accuracy, privacy practices, security, content, or performance.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

WeNitro may suspend, restrict, investigate, remove content, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.
Grounds may include policy violations, fraud, abuse, safety concerns, legal compliance, suspicious activity, or protection of users and the Platform.

10. Investigations & Cooperation

WeNitro may investigate reports, complaints, suspicious behavior, or violations.
WeNitro may cooperate with law enforcement, courts, regulators, and governmental authorities where required.

11. Regulatory Compliance

Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, permits, licenses, tax obligations, and reporting requirements.
WeNitro does not provide legal, tax, accounting, medical, financial, or professional advice.

12. Force Majeure

WeNitro shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, failures, or inability to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemics, wars, terrorism, cyberattacks, labor disputes, government actions, utility failures, or internet disruptions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Users agree to attempt informal resolution before commencing formal proceedings.
WeNitro reserves the right to establish complaint handling procedures and dispute resolution mechanisms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.
Applicable courts of competent jurisdiction shall have authority over disputes involving the Platform.

15. Severability

If any provision is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with related policies and guidelines, constitute the complete agreement between WeNitro and its users.

17. Survival

Clauses relating to liability, indemnification, intellectual property, dispute resolution, governing law, and other provisions intended by their nature to survive termination shall remain effective.

18. Changes to Terms

WeNitro may modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

19. Legal Notices

WeNitro may provide notices through the Platform, email, notifications, SMS, website postings, or other communication channels.

20. Contact Information

Users may contact WeNitro through official support, legal, safety, privacy, or compliance channels published by the Company.

Mandatory Legal Acknowledgements

I understand that WeNitro is a technology platform and not an organizer or guarantor of activities.
I voluntarily assume risks associated with platform use and activity participation.
I release WeNitro from claims to the maximum extent permitted by law.
I agree to indemnify WeNitro for losses arising from my conduct or violations.
I understand that WeNitro may suspend or terminate accounts for safety, compliance, or policy reasons.
